Applications of coated calcium carbonate powder
The use of coated carbonate in rubber and rubber tubes used in vehicles and machines will increase the tensile strength and prevent excessive wear and tear of the product.
It has caused a significant increase in the resistance of the pipe wall, and this increase in resistance will be up to ten times if 20% coated carbonate is used. Also, the final product is completely smooth and uniform and without possible cracking, which occurs when normal calcium carbonate is used.
It causes the production of a very homogeneous and stable product and increases the spreading power of other pigments and also reduces their sedimentation speed due to the increase in product viscosity.
It will increase the strength and stability of the product against pressure and friction.
The consumption of products as one of the best and most reliable fillers is possible up to 30% by weight according to the product.
It increases the mechanical properties (toughness and impact resistance) and also reduces the finished price of the product.
📄🪟 ورق PVC
استفاده از کربنات کلسیم پوشش‌دار در تولید ورق‌های PVC باعث افزایش سختی، بهبود مقاومت سایشی و جلوگیری از ترک‌خوردگی می‌شود. همچنین با کاهش مصرف رزین، محصول نهایی اقتصادی‌تر و در عین حال با سطحی یکنواخت و صاف تولید خواهد شد.

در روکش PVC سیم و کابل، کربنات کلسیم پوشش‌دار به‌عنوان فیلر تقویت‌کننده به کار می‌رود. این افزودنی استحکام کششی و مقاومت در برابر حرارت را بالا می‌برد، انعطاف‌پذیری روکش را حفظ می‌کند و همزمان هزینه تولید را کاهش می‌دهد.

در مستربچ‌های سفید و رنگی، کربنات کلسیم پوشش‌دار به عنوان پرکننده و حامل (Carrier) استفاده می‌شود. این ماده پراکنش بهتر رنگدانه‌ها را فراهم کرده، پایداری رنگ را افزایش می‌دهد و مصرف مواد گران‌قیمت مانند TiO₂ را کاهش می‌دهد. نتیجه کار، محصولی با کیفیت پایدارتر و اقتصادی‌تر است.
