Applications of coated calcium carbonate powder
The use of coated carbonate in rubber and rubber tubes used in vehicles and machines will increase the tensile strength and prevent excessive wear and tear of the product.
It has caused a significant increase in the resistance of the pipe wall, and this increase in resistance will be up to ten times if 20% coated carbonate is used. Also, the final product is completely smooth and uniform and without possible cracking, which occurs when normal calcium carbonate is used.
It causes the production of a very homogeneous and stable product and increases the spreading power of other pigments and also reduces their sedimentation speed due to the increase in product viscosity.
It will increase the strength and stability of the product against pressure and friction.
The consumption of products as one of the best and most reliable fillers is possible up to 30% by weight according to the product.
It increases the mechanical properties (toughness and impact resistance) and also reduces the finished price of the product.

The use of coated calcium carbonate in PVC sheet production increases hardness, improves abrasion resistance, and helps prevent cracking. It also reduces resin consumption, making the final product more cost-effective while ensuring a smooth and uniform surface.

In PVC insulation and sheathing for wires and cables, coated calcium carbonate is used as a reinforcing filler. It enhances tensile strength and heat resistance while maintaining the flexibility of the PVC coating. At the same time, it helps reduce overall production costs.

In the production of polymer granules, coated calcium carbonate improves melt flow, facilitates processing during extrusion and injection molding, and increases production efficiency. In addition to lowering raw material costs, it also helps maintain the mechanical properties of the final product.

In white and colored masterbatches, coated calcium carbonate is used as a filler and carrier. It improves pigment dispersion, enhances color stability, and reduces the consumption of expensive materials such as TiO₂. The result is a more cost-effective product with consistent and reliable quality.
